Working pressure ranges:

Temperature and type of tubings used are important factors. However, the following table is good guide for proper selection at temperature 60 f.

Applications:

Use with copper, brass and aluminium. Not recommended for steel tubing manufactured for low & medium pressure tubing connection work where excessive vibrations or tube movement is not involved. This fittings is widely used for connecting gasoline, grease, oil, water, vacuum and air lines.

These fittings help the indestructible joints to withstand extreme shock and major tube movements. The tubing is cushioned against damage as theses are provided with elastic sleeve. Our range is fabricated from special composition buna-n elastic sealing material, which forms the cushion between tubing and fitting. These fittings ensure pressure tight seal, permits the tube to flex back and forth in the fitting and the seal design compensate for tube misalignment and tube surface defects during assembly. Our range of special vibra- lok sleeves helps to resist deterioration and retains flexibility over a wide temperature range.

Sleeves:

Special elastic sealing material buna-n used for temperatures from sub-zero to 275of / 135oc. The sleeve has extreme resistance to deterioration by oil and gasoline. High temperature sleeves made of viton for use from sub-zero to 450of / 232oc. Sleeves are compatible for gasoline, oil, diesel fuel, lubricants, vacuum, air and water service.

 All types of seamed and seamless metal tubing copper, aluminum, thin wall steel (bundy or g. M. ), stainless steel and glass.

Quickest and Easiest to assemble tubing into the PUSH-TO-LOCK Fittings, just push the tubing into fitting upto the bottom and leak proof connection is made.

Quickest and Easiest to Dis assembly is achieved by pushing release collar. This disengages the gripper collet and allows the tubing to be pulled out. It's that simple.

Push it's connected; push/pull it's disconnected.

No Tubing Twist

The gripper collet and tubing are free to rotate within the fitting body. If the tube is rotated, it will not twist or weaken.

Swing Clearance Problems Eliminated

Elbows and tees are available with an integral swivel at the male pipe end. This allows the pipe thread to be tightened without rotating the elbow or tee. It also permits the pipe thread to be tightened without worry about where the other end of the fitting will point, as it can be rotated into position after the pipe thread is tight.

Working Pressure and Temperature Ranges

Zero to 60oC at up to 10 Bar. Vacuum applications are dependent upon temperature and type of tubing being used.

Recommended Tubing

• Suitable tubing material : Nylon 6, Nylon 11, Polyethylene, Polyurethane.
• Recommended Tolerance on O.D. of tube. ± 0.1 mm.

Assembly Instructions

Cut Nylon, Polyurethane and Polyethylene tubing squarely using Pioneer SQUARE CUT  tube cutter. Metal tubing should be cut squarely and be free of burrs. Insert end of tubing until it bottoms in fitting. Depressing the release button allows the tubing to be removed.
