Two Valve Manifolds

With the assistance of our professionals, we offer our valued clients a quality range of Two Valve Manifolds. These valve manifolds pipe to pipe (R), Pipe to Flange (T) valves are designed in such a manner, which helps in connecting system impulse line & transmitters. Our range of manifold consist two valve configuration which allows for easy isolation, calibration, block and bleed for gauges, pressure switches and static pressure transmitting instruments.

Features:

Withstand high pressures and temperatures
Rated for pressures as high as 6000 PSI at 200⁰F or 4000 PSI at 500⁰F with PTFE packing
For a Higher Temperatures Grafoil Packing is used
Combine the functions of a tee, calibration valve, isolation valve and all tubing and fittings into a single compact unit
Reduces number of fittings and space required for installation

Three Valve Manifolds

The comprehensive range of Three Valve Manifolds offered by us is manufactured in line with the relevant industry standards. These are used for connecting system impulse lines & transmitters as our range can withstand high pressures and temperatures. Further, the manifolds are rated for pressures as high as 6000 PSI at 200⁰F or 4000 PSI at 500⁰F with PTFE packing.

Features:

These manifolds consist of 1/2" NPT (F)
Pipe to flange or flange to flange connections on 54 mm (2 1/8") centers
One equalizer valve, two block valves and 2 nos 1/4" NPT(F) purge (VENT) connections
For a higher temperatures Grafoil Packing is used

Five Valve Manifolds

We are involved in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of Five Valve Manifolds, which is known for sturdy construction and high performance. These are used for connecting system impulse lines & transmitters. The five valve manifolds are rated for pressures as high as 6000 PSI at 200⁰F or 4000 PSI at 500⁰F with PTFE packing. Further, for a higher temperature Grafoil Packing is used.

This manifold consists:

1/2" NPT (F)
Pipe to flange or flange to flange connections on 54mm (2 1/8") centers,
One equalizer valve, two block valves
One bleed valve and 2 nos 1/4" NPT(F) purge (VENT) connections
